About Our Program Director
Dr. David Siegel is a Board-Certified General Surgeon and Chief of Surgery at Ascension Macomb-Oakland Hospital has served as General Surgery, Program Director for fifteen years. Dr. Siegel specializes in all areas of general surgery and is considered the leader in hernia surgery with special interest in breast and colon cancer surgery, endoscopy, and minimally invasive surgery.
Dr. Renee Villaluz, assistant program director, is a board-certified general surgeon. She has been practicing for over a decade at Ascension Macomb-Oakland Hospital. Dr. Villaluz also specializes in all areas of general surgery including colon cancer, breast cancer, hernias, endoscopy, wound care, and minimally invasive surgery.
