Meet Our Preceptors

Andrew Ticcioni, PharmD, BCPS

earned his PharmD from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities campus in 2011. He completed a PGY1 Pharmacy residency at Ascension St. Joseph in Milwaukee and stayed on staff to be a clinical staff pharmacist and the Internal Medicine preceptor. Andy also served as the Residency Program Coordinator at St. Joseph from 2013-2017. In 2017, Andy transferred to Ascension Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital Milwaukee to be a Lead Staff Pharmacist and help launch the PGY1 Pharmacy residency program.  In 2024, Andy became the Pharmacy Manager at Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital Ozaukee.

Andy is the Residency Program Coordinator for the PGY1/2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration & Leadership residency program.

Andy is a member of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists and Greater Milwaukee College of Clinical Pharmacy.  Andy serves on the Village Park Reimagined Committee for Thiensville, Wisconsin.

In his free time, Andy can be found with his family, working on his old house, or planning a trip to a national park.

Annette Drobac, PharmD, BCPS, BCIDP

is a Lead Pharmacist in Medication Safety and Regulatory at Ascension Columbia Saint Mary’s Hospital and precepts the Medication Safety elective rotation. After completing pharmacy school at Mercer University in Atlanta, GA, she completed her PGY-1 residency at legacy Wheaton Franciscan St. Joseph’s Hospital in Milwaukee, WI, followed by a PGY-2 in Infectious Diseases at UnityPoint-Health Meriter in Madison, WI. Aside from Medication Safety, her clinical interests include Internal Medicine, Infectious Diseases/Pharmacokinetics, and Women’s Health.

Outside of work, Annette likes to stay active. She has run almost 20 marathons and is completing her first Ironman this year. She also enjoys listening to rock & roll and traveling with her husband and two sons.

April Tokarski, PharmD 

is a clinical pharmacist for Ascension Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital in Milwaukee.  She received her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in 2004.  April has ten years of prior experience in retail pharmacy.  She is currently one of the Staffing preceptors.  She has staffed all areas of the hospital including Oncology.  Her clinical interests are Critical Care and Behavioral Medicine.  April enjoys spending time with her daughters, researching her family genealogy, being outdoors and road trips.

Ashley McKnight, PharmD

earned their Doctor of Pharmacy from Concordia University Wisconsin School of Pharmacy in 2016. They started their career at Ascension NE Wisconsin Mercy Hospital before transferring to Ascension Columbia St. Mary’s in Milwaukee. Clinical areas of interest include Emergency Medicine, Critical Care, Diabetes, and Research. They are a preceptor for the Experiential Education rotation and help coordinate IPPE student rotations. Outside of the pharmacy life, Ashley enjoys exploring the world through food, drink, and art. 

Carolyn Cobb, PharmD, BCPS

is an ambulatory care clinical pharmacist with the Ascension virtual ambulatory care pharmacy department and Ascension Euclid primary care clinic.  She graduated from Drake University in 2011.  She completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at the North Florida South Georgia VA in Gainesville, FL in 2012.  She has multiple pharmacy practice setting experiences including hospital and retail locations.  She has worked in ICU/ED, internal medicine, orthopedics, & general surgery floors.  Her passion for patient-centered care, managing chronic conditions, and medication regimen simplification has guided her to her interest in ambulatory care pharmacy.  She is a preceptor for students and residents at the Ascension virtual ambulatory care pharmacy department and Euclid clinic.  Outside of work she enjoys playing soccer, traveling, and enjoying time with family and friends.

Clint Coleman, PharmD

is a clinical pharmacist at Ascension Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital in Milwaukee. He precepts the Antimicrobial Stewardship/Infectious Diseases rotation. Clint received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville School of Pharmacy. He has worked at Ascension Columbia St. Mary’s since 2014 and has completed his SIDP Antimicrobial Stewardship Pharmacist Certificate. Clint plans on taking the BCCCP exam once he meets eligibility this coming year. 

His interests include small scale paintings, science fiction, and spending time with his cat (Bobby) and his wife.

Erica Timm, PharmD

is a Lead Pharmacist for Data and Support Services at Ascension Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital in Milwaukee and is the primary preceptor for the elective Pharmacy Informatics rotation.  Erica received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Purdue University in 2014 and completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency in Marshfield, WI in 2015 at what was formerly Ministry St. Joseph Hospital.  In her current role, she focuses on management of automated systems and billing support.  Her professional interests include pharmacy informatics, operations, and neonatal care. She plans to complete her Informatics Certificate through ASHP this fall.


Outside of work, Erica likes to travel, hike, and explore Milwaukee.

Ginny Mendoza, BSPharm

is the pharmacy manager for Ascension Columbia St. Mary’s in Milwaukee. She completed her BS in pharmacy from Butler University.  Over the last 25+ years, she has precepted many clinical rotations, served as a RPD/RPC, and been a preceptor/mentor to many students and residents interested in pharmacy leadership.  Ginny is one of the preceptors for the PGY1 pharmacy administration rotation and the primary staffing preceptor for the PGY2 section of the PGY1/2 HSPA-L residency.  Her professional interests include regulatory, daily operations, change management and the human resources components of leadership.  Outside of work you will find Ginny outdoors (fishing, gardening and hiking) or inside reading or quilting.

Jeaneen Datka, RPh, BCPS

earned a BS in Pharmacy from the University of Minnesota. She is a preceptor for the Emergency Medicine rotation. She has worked in a variety of pharmacy settings, including small community hospitals to large teaching medical centers. Her practice has included the roles of staff pharmacist, clinical supervisor, pharmacy manager, assistant director of pharmacy, and director of pharmacy.  Historically, Jeaneen has served on a wide variety multidisciplinary teams during her years of practice.  Jeaneen has been a preceptor of IPPE and APPE students, PGY1 Critical Care, PGY1 Emergency Medicine, PGY1 Hospital Administration, and PGY1 Medication Safety.  Her interests include Critical Care, Emergency Services, and Medication Safety.  Jeaneen is a member of American College of Clinical Pharmacy and American Society of Health-System Pharmacists.   During her free time, Jeaneen has watched A LOT of basketball.  All three children played high school basketball, two of three played collegiate basketball, and her husband is a basketball coach at a local college.

Jenny Lee, PharmD, BCPS

is a clinical pharmacist at Ascension Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital - Milwaukee. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN in 2019 and completed a PGY-1 pharmacy residency at Ascension SE Wisconsin Hospital - St. Joseph in 2020. She currently staffs on the med/surg units and serves as a preceptor for internal medicine and staffing rotations. Outside of work, Jenny enjoys going on long runs and training for races. When not running, she also enjoys eating frozen custard, baking, traveling, and making impulse purchases at Target.

Jo King, PharmD

is one of the oncology pharmacists at Ascension Columbia St. Mary's-Milwaukee.  She has been with Ascension since graduating from the University of Wisconsin - Madison School of Pharmacy (Go Badgers!).  She completed her PGY-1 at Ascension All Saints in Racine, WI and went on to staff as an inpatient pharmacist at Ascension Elmbrook Memorial Hospital in Brookfield, WI for 5 years where she dabbled in ambulatory care and oncology until she had to the opportunity to move to oncology full time which has started her tenure at CSM.  She would most liken herself to the character of Leslie Knope from Parks and Rec (if you haven't watched it, you have homework) without political aspirations. She's spent way too many hours watching and rewatching her favorite sitcoms and medical dramas (Office, Parks & Rec, Big Bang Theory, Greys Anatomy to list a few). Lately, she finds herself listening to the "rewatch" podcasts of her favorite shows.  March Madness is her favorite time of the year, but she feels like she has barely been able to watch it over the last several years.  She's a fitness enthusiast who loves weight training and has taken up running with the goal of completing a "race" every month in the year 2023.  She has a terrible sweet tooth and will often have candy close by.  Finally her world outside of work revolves around her toddler, Owen (be prepared for stories, videos, and pictures!).  Word of advice, dig into the hard of this year, it will be challenging but worth it in the end.  She looks forward to meeting and working with you!

Joseph Dutzy, PharmD

is the Lead Pharmacist of Ambulatory Care at Ascension Wisconsin.  He graduated from Concordia University-Wisconsin in 2019.  He completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at Ascension Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital in Milwaukee and completed a PGY2 Health-Systems Pharmacy Administration and Leadership Residency at Ascension Wisconsin.  He staffs in the Ascension Virtual Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Department, the St. Joseph Hospital Family Medicine Clinic, and the Bariatric Clinic.  He also is a preceptor for students and residents in these clinics.  His clinical areas of interest include chronic disease management such as diabetes and heart failure, medication safety, and quality improvement.  Outside of work he enjoys baseball, biking, listening to or making music, and spending time with family.

Julie Hall, PharmD, BCPS, BCCCP

began her higher education at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.  Where she completed a bachelor’s degree in microbiology.  She then attended the University of Wisconsin Madison where she obtained a bachelor’s degree followed by a PharmD in pharmacy.  She worked as a staff pharmacist at Columbia Hospital from 1998-2006 and Aspirus Wausau Hospital from 2006-2009.  From 2009 to the present, she has worked at Columbia St. Mary’s in Milwaukee where she has been a preceptor for both students and residents in critical care.  She is a member of the Society of Critical Care Medicine and the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists. 

 

In her free time, Julie enjoys gardening, canning, cooking for friends and vacations in the north woods.

Julie McMahon, BSPharm, BCPS

earned a Bachelor of Science degrees from the Schools of Education and Pharmacy at the University of Wisconsin - Madison.  She works a variety of positions at Ascension Wisconsin Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital Milwaukee. Julie is a preceptor for the NICU/Women's Health and Internal Medicine rotations.

She enjoys free time with family.

Mackenzie Meade, PharmD, BCPS

is an ambulatory care pharmacist at the Ascension Thrombosis Clinic - Milwaukee. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Iowa in 2019 and completed a PGY-1 pharmacy residency at Ascension NE Wisconsin Hospital - St. Elizabeth Campus. She serves as a preceptor for the elective anticoagulation rotation for residents and as an IPPE/APPE preceptor for ambulatory care.  Outside of pharmacy, Mackenzie enjoys kayaking, swimming, and hiking with her dog Hawkeye.

Marcus Radz, PharmD

is an ambulatory care clinical pharmacist at the Ascension Columbia St. Mary's Ozaukee Thrombosis Clinic and Ascension St. Joseph Cardiology Clinic. He graduated from the Medical College of Wisconsin School of Pharmacy in 2020, completed a PGY-1 residency at North Shore University Health System in Skokie, Illinois and a PGY-2 ambulatory care residency at Novant Health in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Aside from cardiology, he also has clinical interests in diabetes management, weight loss, stroke/neurology, and rheumatology. He is a preceptor for the Thrombosis Clinic rotation and for an ambulatory care experience in a cardiology clinic managing mainly heart failure, hyperlipidemia, and hypertension. However, his passion lies through getting to work closely with patients and healthcare providers alike. Outside of work, Marcus likes to go on walks with his wife and dog Baker, watching sports, exploring Milwaukee and surrounding areas with his wife, and golfing. 

Meghan Cohen, PharmD, BCPS

earned her PharmD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2018 and completed a PGY-1 residency at Ascension St. Francis Hospital in Milwaukee, WI. Meghan works as a staff pharmacist on the Med/Surg units and the Oncology clinic. She is a preceptor for the Internal Medicine rotation as well as the longitudinal staffing experience. In her spare time, she enjoys dining at Milwaukee restaurants and playing with her cat, Sterling.

Michele Teclaw, BSPharm, MBA

earned her BS Pharmacy Degree at the University of Wisconsin Madison and her MBA at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.  She enjoys rotating through the variety of staffing positions offered at CSM-Milwaukee and the Orthopaedic Hospital of Wisconsin. Michele serves as a preceptor for the Staffing rotation.

She values time and vacations with family and friends; traveling, walks, bike rides and downhill skiing.

Rahim Mohammadali, PharmD, BCPS, BCCCP

earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2010. After graduating, he completed his PGY1 Residency at University of Chicago Medicine and stayed on for a PGY2 in Critical Care. Rahim worked at Ascension SE Wisconsin Hospital - St. Joseph Campus from 2012 - 2018 after which he transferred to Ascension - Columbia St. Mary's Milwaukee. Rahim earned his Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy in 2012 and earned his Board Certification in Critical Care with the inaugural class in 2015. Over the course of his career, Rahim has been a preceptor for critical care, antimicrobial stewardship/infectious diseases, research experiences, longitudinal staffing experiences, and has been a residency mentor. 

Outside of work, Rahim enjoys spending time with his family, watching movies, reading, traveling, and being a fan of Chicago sports.

Scott Amundson, PharmD

is an oncology pharmacist at Ascension Columbia Saint Mary’s Hospital. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in 2008. Prior to working full time in oncology, he worked as an inpatient pharmacist at Ascension All Saints Hospital in Racine, WI for fourteen years. At All Saints, he had experience working in the NICU, behavioral health, oncology and general medicine and he was a preceptor for the PGY1 internal medicine rotation. In his free time, he volunteers with the youth at his church and enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and two children.

Sydney Bishop, PharmD, BCPS

is a clinical pharmacist at Ascension Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital. She earned a Bachelor of Science in microbiology at the University of Wisconsin Madison in 2013 and Doctor of Pharmacy at Concordia University Wisconsin in 2017. She completed residency training at Froedtert and the Medical College of Wisconsin, and then spent 5 years staffing in the ICU and emergency department at ProHealth Waukesha Memorial. She now primarily staffs in the emergency department at Columbia St. Mary's and precepts students and residents in the ED. Her professional interests include all things critical care, infectious diseases, cardiology, and transitions of care. Outside of pharmacy Sydney enjoys showing her horse, Jose, and spending time with her two cats, Steve and Bucky. 

Thomas Ringsred, PharmD, BCPS

is a preceptor for the Infectious Diseases/Antimicrobial Stewardship rotation. He went to the University of Minnesota for undergrad and earned his PharmD from the Medical College of Wisconsin. Thomas completed a PGY1 Pharmacy residency at Ascension Columbia St. Mary's and stayed on as a clinical pharmacist. He staffs in the intensive care units, emergency department, and on the medical/surgical units. Thomas also helps support  sterile compounding quality assurance by performing media fill tests for the department. In his free time Thomas enjoys rollerblading along Lake Michigan.
