Meet Our Preceptors
Andrew Glodowski, PharmD
is a clinical staff pharmacist at Ascension St. Elizabeth Hospital and is the preceptor for the longitudinal staffing rotation. He received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Pharmacy in 2012. His professional interests include System Wide Health Care Informatics and pediatrics.
Austin Calahan, PharmD
is a clinical staff pharmacist at Ascension St. Elizabeth Hospital and is the preceptor for the infectious disease rotation. He received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Iowa College of Pharmacy in 2021. Austin completed a PGY-1 pharmacy residency at Ascension St. Elizabeth Hospital in 2021-2022. His professional interests include infectious disease, critical care and emergency medicine.
Heidi Riha, PharmD, BCPS
is a clinical staff pharmacist at Ascension St. Elizabeth Hospital and is the preceptor for the core internal medicine rotation and the elective emergency medicine rotation. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Florida School of Pharmacy in 2015. Heidi completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency and PGY-2 Emergency Medicine Pharmacy Residency at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, TN in 2015-2016 and 2016-2017. Her professional interests include emergency medicine, critical care, and internal medicine.
Jeanne Gast-Jenquin, Pharm D, BCPS
is a Lead Pharmacist at Ascension St. Elizabeth Hospital. Jeanne graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Pharmacy and received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Florida. She received her Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy in 2002 while working at the University of Utah as an ICU clinical pharmacist. She has since had clinical and leadership roles in both acute and ambulatory care settings including setting up clinical and operational services at Ascension St. Elizabeth Hospital’s regional cancer center. Jeanne is the regional cancer center pharmacist and precepts the core introduction to oncology rotation, elective outpatient oncology rotation, and advanced oncology rotation. Her professional interests include oncology, internal medicine and emergency medicine.
Justin Earll, PharmD, BCPS
is a clinical staff pharmacist at Ascension St. Elizabeth Hospital and serves as the preceptor for the core NICU rotation and elective NICU/Women's & Family Health rotation. He received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Pharmacy in 2020. Justin completed a PGY-1 pharmacy practice residency at Gundersen Health System in La Crosse, Wisconsin in 2020-2021. His professional interests include neonatal critical care and internal medicine.
Katie Seidler, PharmD
is a lead pharmacist at Ascension St. Elizabeth hospital and is the preceptor for the elective behavioral health rotation, longitudinal clinical initiatives and formulary management rotation, and medication safety rotation. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Pharmacy in 2015. Katie completed a PGY-1 Community Pharmacy Residency through the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Pharmacy in 2015-2016 at the Stockbridge-Munsee Health and Wellness Center, a rural Indian Health Service Clinic that focuses on pharmacist-run ambulatory care clinics. Her professional interests include emergency medicine, internal medicine, and cardiology.
Kristen Rau, PharmD, BCPS
is a clinical staff pharmacist at Ascension St. Elizabeth Hospital and is the Residency Program Director. She is the preceptor for the core critical care rotation and the elective advanced critical care rotation. Kristen received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Pharmacy in 2007 and her Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy in 2013. Her professional interests include critical care, cardiology, internal medicine, and residency program mentoring and leadership.
Michael Londo, PharmD
is the pharmacy manager at Ascension St. Elizabeth Hospital. He obtained his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Pharmacy in 2012. His professional interests include patient safety, infectious disease, and critical care.
Nicholas Sylvia, PharmD
is the Regional Director of Pharmacy Services for the Fox Valley of Ascension Wisconsin, which entails direct oversight of pharmacy operations across the hospitals in the Fox Valley and indirect oversight of pharmacy operations at the Ascension Medical Group Clinics. Nick’s duties include that of policy development, regulatory compliance, adherence to budgetary and productivity goals, and identification and implementation of processes that improve the quality and cost-effectiveness of pharmacy services. Nick received his bachelor’s in pharmaceutical sciences and Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from South Dakota State University. Nick co-precepts the Pharmacy Practice Management rotation. His professional interests include process improvement, pharmacoeconomics and servant leadership.
Sarah Conley, PharmD, BCPS
is a clinical staff pharmacist at Ascension St. Elizabeth Hospital. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Pharmacy in 2007 and completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency at Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs, CO in 2007-2008. She received her Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy in 2012. Sarah's professional interests include critical care, internal medicine, and research.
Sarah Nackers, PharmD, BCPS
is a clinical staff pharmacist at Ascension St. Elizabeth Hospital and is the preceptor for the core cardiology rotation. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy and a Master’s degree in Clinical Research from Campbell University in North Carolina in 2010. She received her Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy in 2015. Sarah is actively involved in heart failure discharge education at both Ascension St. Elizabeth Hospital and Ascension Calumet Hospital. Her professional interests include cardiology, critical care and internal medicine.
Zoey Zoromski, PharmD
is a clinical staff pharmacist at Ascension St. Elizabeth Hospital and is the preceptor for the orientation rotation. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Pharmacy in 2013. Her professional interests include internal medicine and oncology.
