Drew Vander Velden, PharmD
Resident
Drew is from Hortonville, Wisconsin, a rural town just outside of Appleton. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee and a
Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Drew's clinical interests include behavioral health, cardiology, and infectious disease. Her longitudinal research project will focus on the impact of pharmacist consultation for evaluation of medications in patients with cirrhosis. In Drew's free time, she loves to spend time with her golden retriever (Pudge), fiancé, and sisters. Also, she is intrigued by true crime and enjoys watching documentaries and listening to podcasts on this topic.
Shannon Park, PharmD
Resident
Shannon is originally from Seoul, South Korea. She completed undergraduate degrees in classical piano performance from Gachon University and in chemistry from Minot State University. She completed her Doctor of Pharmacy at the University of Minnesota. Her clinical interests include cardiology, critical care, and oncology. She will be completing electives in advanced critical care, emergency medicine, and oncology. Her year long project is optimizing the process for the discontinuation of sedative medications post-extubation. In her free time, she enjoys watching true crime documentaries, yoga, and hanging out with her cat.
