Pharmacy Residency Program

originally from the Milwaukee area, earned her Doctor of Pharmacy at Midwestern University College of Pharmacy in Chicago in 2016. She completed a PGY1 pharmacy residency at Wheaton Franciscan – St. Joseph Hospital followed by a PGY2 Emergency Medicine Pharmacy Residency at SwedishAmerican – A Division of UW Health. During her PGY2, she received trauma training at Advocate Christ Medical Center and toxicology training at Illinois Toxikon and the Illinois Poison Center. Currently, Angela practices at All Saints in the area of emergency medicine. In her spare time, Angela likes to spend time with her family and her dog, attend soccer games in her community, and read.

is a full-time faculty member and Professor of Pharmacy Practice at the Concordia University Wisconsin (CUW) School of Pharmacy, where she coordinates Applied Patient Care Lab 1, coordinates and delivers all content for Endocrine and Diabetes Pharmacotherapy, insulin pharmaceutics, and various other primary care topics. She has developed and maintains all the teaching in a Diabetes experience elective, and co-leads a cultural experience elective that includes mission work in Guatemala. She earned a B.S. in pharmacy and PharmD from the University of Wisconsin Madison. Her career in pharmacy includes experience in hospital, community and ambulatory care settings. Before coming to CUW SOP, her academic career started as a clinical assistant professor for the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin, where she taught pharmacotherapy in clinical practice to physicians in residency and participated in clinical research. She has been a clinical preceptor for students from UW Madison, Concordia University Wisconsin, and residents on academic rotations at the university. Beth is currently practicing as an ambulatory care clinical pharmacist in a family medicine physician office where she precepts students and residents while serving as a Certified Diabetes Educator and provider of medication therapy management in primary care via a collaborative practice agreement. She is the site principle investigator for previous and current multi-center clinical research trials, and maintains an active contribution to scholarship via several peer reviewed clinical publications, national and local presentations, and monthly contributions to the Wisconsin Academy of Family Physicians newsletter.

Committee and Workgroup Participation Includes: Chair of the CUW Intramural Grant Committee and member of the CUW taskforces that include Teaching and Learning, Interprofessional Education (IPE), and Drugs of Abuse. Within the School of Pharmacy (SOP), she has held chair of the Scholarship and Awards Committee, member of curriculum committee, student progress committee, and the assessment committee. She is an academic advisor to several students at the school, and co-advisor of the CUW SOP student writing club.

Professional Affiliations Include: American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy member, presenter at multiple meetings, and special interest group member. Beth also maintains membership and subgroup participation in the American Association of Diabetes Educators, the American College of Clinical Pharmacy, and the Greater Milwaukee College of Clinical Pharmacy. She is an active member of the Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin, including serving as a Medicaid reimbursement committee member and Wisconsin Pharmacy Quality Collaborative Clinical Advisory Group Core Team Member.

earned a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1982.  She has spent her career in the hospital setting, originally at St. Luke’s Hospital in Racine, WI which later became a part of Ascension.  As Lead Pharmacist, she acts as the Clinical Coordinator for inpatient pharmacy services at Ascension-All Saints.   She is a member of American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, the Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin, the Greater Milwaukee College of Clinical Pharmacy, and the Racine County Immunization Coalition.  She had been a member and co-chaired the All Saints Investigational Review Board (IRB), and was the secretary for the All Saints Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee. She is involved in several multidisciplinary Committees including the Stroke Care Improvement Committee, Acute Coronary Syndrome/Chest Pain Committee, the Medication Safety Team and the Pharmacy Willow Group (Epic).  She also participates in National Ascension Clinical workgroups to further develop guidance documents and policies. Her areas of interest include medication policy, medication safety, infectious disease, critical care, and staff development.

graduated from Drake University College of Pharmacy in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree in pharmacy. Gregg has held staff and leadership positions within many areas of pharmacy including: chain and independent retail pharmacy, clinic, long-term care, infusion and hospital and, most recently ambulatory care. Gregg also has held positions at the manager and director levels. His current position is Chronic Disease Management Pharmacist with All Saints in Racine, where he assists patients transitioning home from the hospital to resolve drug-related problems. Gregg is also a preceptor for students from UW-Madison, Concordia University, Drake University and Creighton University. He is currently the Residency Program Coordinator for the All Saints PGY1 residency program.
Committee and workgroup participation includes: All Saints Heart Failure Quality Committee, All Saints Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Team, Ascension Wisconsin Graduate Pharmacy Education Council, Ascension Residency Optimization Workgroup, Ascension Wisconsin Therapeutic Affinity Group-Heart Failure, Ascension Wisconsin Chronic Care Model Lead Operations Team and the Wisconsin Nurses Association Team-based Care Advisory Committee.

His professional affiliations include the Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin and the American Society of Health System Pharmacists.  Gregg is past Chair of the Senior and Long-Term Care Section of PSW and has served on the Board of Directors of PSW. He remains involved with the Racine Community as Past-chair of the Racine Zoological Society Board of Directors, past President of the Health Care Network Board of Directors, a member of Holy Communion Lutheran Church and a participant for many years in the Racine Health Department’s spring and fall Medication Collection Day.

earned his Bachelor of Science degree in pharmacy from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in 1990. He began working at the Zablocki VA Medical Center with a special focus on Nutrition support and Pharmacokinetic dosing of antimicrobials, remaining there until the spring of 1996. In April of 1996, Jim joined Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare - All Saints as a staff clinical pharmacist and has remained there for the last 24 plus years. In 2009, he transitioned his role to full time Antimicrobial Stewardship Pharmacist. He has received a Certification in Antimicrobial Stewardship from SIDP.  Jim currently is a voting member of the National Ascension Healthcare Antibiotic Stewardship (AHAS) Committee and now serves Ascension Wisconsin as a Regional Lead Pharmacist in Antimicrobial Stewardship/Infectious Diseases.  Jim has precepted many students from UW-Madison, Concordia University and Creighton University. He served as a past chairman for the Quality Review Council for the UW School of Pharmacy from 2005-2008. Jim has lectured multiple times at the All Saints Regional Infectious Disease Conference on a variety of topics and has co-authored several peer reviewed journal articles.  He stays busy enjoying the outdoors with his wife and 3 boys.  

earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Appalachian College of Pharmacy in 2013. He has worked at All Saints since graduation. Practice interests include: adult medicine, cardiology, women’s and infants, and emergency medicine and recently has become the primary second shift ICU pharmacist. Kevin serves as a preceptor for Concordia University - Wisconsin IPPE and APPE students.
Outside of work, Kevin is an active DJ at local bars, clubs and weddings and enjoys watching and playing a variety of sports.

graduated with a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 1995 and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Parkside in 2001. She began her career at St. Luke’s Hospital as a pharmacy technician prior to starting pharmacy school. Immediately following graduation, Laura returned to St. Luke’s Hospital which at this point had been merged with St. Mary’s Medical Center to become what is now known as All Saints.

Laura is a Pharmacy Clinical Manager as well as the organizations Medication Safety Officer. As Medication Safety Officer, Laura has developed, implemented and maintained the drug library for the NICU infusion pumps, the Plum A+, and LifeCare PCA pumps used throughout All Saints. She is chair of the Medication Safety Team, the pharmacy representative for the Falls Team, leads the internal pharmacy audit of medication errors for the department, and reviews all medication occurrence reports for the organization. Laura completed the Practitioner in Residence Program through the Institute for Safe Medication Practices and is certified in Pediatric Advanced Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support.

Laura has served as a preceptor for students from UW – Madison and is currently an active member of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists and Medication Safety Officers Society.

received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2008 from University of Wisconsin - Madison. Since graduation she has been a clinical pharmacist at All Saints in Racine, where she staffs in the Central Pharmacy and various satellites located on the general medical floors, Cardiovascular Institute, Women’s Health Pavilion/NICU, and the St. Lukes Behavioral Health Campus. She is involved in All Saint’s residency program as a Preceptor-in-Training and is a member of the Resident Advisory Committee. She is also a preceptor for UW-Madison pharmacy students.

Lisa has worked on various clinical projects including: C Diff protocol development, establishing a Code Blue reference card, and ketogenic diet medication evaluation program.

earned his Bachelor of Science in pharmacy at the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 1982. He completed an internship at the former St. Luke’s Hospital in Racine in 1983 and began his career as an inpatient pharmacist at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Racine – now All Saints.

Mark has served as a preceptor for internship, IPPE and APPE students from a variety of schools. He primarily practices on the general medicine and surgical floors, cardiology services, and in the emergency department. He also has an interest in geriatrics while serving as the consultant pharmacist at Lakeshore Manor, a long-term care facility on the St. Luke’s campus. In 1995, Mark was awarded a fellowship from the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists. He is also a member of the Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin.

Outside of work Mark is the director of a Southeast Wisconsin tennis league and a board member/coach for the USTA’s local community tennis association for children.

earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from University of Wisconsin – Madison in 2015. Since graduation she has been a clinical pharmacist at All Saints primarily practicing in emergency medicine and critical care.  Tiffany currently serves as a preceptor for University of Wisconsin - Madison IPPE and APPE students as well as the onsite IPPE/APPE coordinator for Concordia University Wisconsin. She is involved in the Code Blue Team, Residency Advisory Committee, and is the pharmacy contact for Ascension Wisconsin's SANE program. She received her Emergency Medicine certification through ASHP in 2019. She is the Chaplain of Wisconsin Graduate Kappa Psi Pharmaceutical Fraternity and a member of American College of Clinical Pharmacy and Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin.
