Application Process

  • Three PGY1 Positions Available
  • Anticipated Pharm.D. from an ACPE accredited degree program or have a Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Equivalency Committee (FPGEC) certificate from NABP with eligibility for Tennessee licensure within 90 days of start of residency year
  • Other required application materials:
    • Curriculum Vitae
    • Letter of Intent
    • Pharmacy school academic transcript
    • Three letters of recommendation (two of which must be from rotation preceptors)
  • Submit all application materials through PhORCAS by January 2
  • Interviews:
    •  Every effort will be made to conduct on-site interviews. We will work to accommodate those applicants unable to attend in-person interview.
