Program Overview & Structure

  • Duration & Type: 24-Month Combined PGY1/PGY2 Residency
  • Positions Available: 2 positions total (1 resident recruited annually, creating a supportive, staggered cohort)
  • Dynamic Training Environments:
    • PGY1 Year: Immersive, hands-on hospital setting focused on core clinical excellence.
    • PGY2 Year: A flexible, primarily virtual setting designed to build modern remote-leadership skills, with on-site opportunities integrated whenever geographically feasible.

Compensation & Financial Benefits

We are committed to investing in your future and offer a competitive stipend as you advance through your training:

  • PGY1 Salary: $64,000
  • PGY2 Salary: $70,000

Hands-On Exposure: In addition to professional conferences, rotation-specific travel opportunities are provided throughout the year. This ensures that even during your virtual PGY2 year, you will gain valuable on-site experience and establish face-to-face connections across our network.
