Ascension Family Health Center


The Ascension Family Health Center is the cornerstone of our residents’ ambulatory training experience. Through longitudinal patient care, dedicated faculty support, and a collaborative team-based model, residents develop the skills needed to provide comprehensive, compassionate outpatient medicine.

Located in Milwaukee, the clinic provides residents with a diverse clinical experience caring for patients across the spectrum of internal medicine. Residents manage preventive care, chronic disease, and acute ambulatory conditions while building meaningful, long-term relationships with their patients.
