Meet Our Residents

Tanner Frey, PharmD

Resident
Tanner is from Eldridge, Iowa. He received his PharmD degree from The University of Iowa. His professional interests include informatics, infectious diseases, and psychiatry, and he will be completing the teaching certificate program through Concordia University. His year-long research project will be focused on characterization of secondary vasopressor usage in the ICU. In his free time, Tanner likes to play tennis, watch other sports, video games, and explore new restaurants.

Stacie Chism, PharmD

Resident
Stacie is from Rolling Meadows, Illinois. She obtained her PharmD from Butler University in Indianapolis. Her clinical interests include cardiology, internal medicine and oncology. She will be taking the med safety, oncology and ID electives and her research project revolves around the management of asymptomatic hypertension in the inpatient setting. In her free time, Stacie enjoys exploring Milwaukee with friends, knitting/crocheting and catching up on TV.

Trevor Price, PharmD

Resident
Trevor is from Fairfield, Connecticut and Southlake, Texas. He obtained his PharmD from The University of Texas at Austin. His clinical interests include cardiology, critical care, and oncology. He will be taking the medication safety, oncology, and the women’s health electives and his research project this year is focused on the management of blood pressure after the administration of tPA for acute ischemic stroke. In his free time, Trevor enjoys playing his bass guitar, watching movies and TV, and going to see live music.

Lauren Ruggles, PharmD

Resident
Lauren is from Leavenworth, Kansas. She received her PharmD degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. Her clinical interest areas include critical care, cardiology, and infectious disease. She will be completing elective rotations in infectious disease, informatics, and women’s health. Her year-long residency research project will evaluate the usage of antibiotics in asymptomatic bacteriuria. In her free time, Lauren likes to read, watch Chiefs football, and bake a variety of treats.
