Ascension All Saints Hospital is a 356-bed community hospital located in Racine, Wisconsin. Our comprehensive medical facility integrates the Pharmacy Department in every step of the medication-use process from general medicine to specialty areas  including NICU/Pediatrics, Oncology, Medication Safety, Critical Care, Mental Health, Infectious Disease, Transitions of Care, Emergency Medicine and Ambulatory Care.

Our pharmacy residency program provides residents the opportunity to learn in an atmosphere that promotes educational growth through shared respect, interdisciplinary collaboration and patient-centered care. It is designed to develop independent-minded and forward-thinking practitioners seeking to advance the practice of pharmacy in a community hospital setting.

All Saints Pharmacy Department

Since 1988, the All Saints Pharmacy Department has grown from approximately 30 associates to the current complement of 67. It is open 24 hours per day, seven days per week, and services are provided through decentralized pharmacists and the main pharmacy. Services in support of pharmaceutical care include the following.
