Ryan Rypel, PharmD, MBA
PGY-1 Resident
Ryan grew up in New Berlin and completed his undergraduate degrees in Chemistry and economics from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Ryan worked as a chemist for a few years and obtained a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison before pursuing his doctorate of pharmacy from Concordia University Wisconsin. Ryan's clinical interests include pharmacoinformatics and oncology. His electives include Oncology, Pharmacoinformatics and Antimicrobial Stewardship. Ryan's year-long project will be to investigate and update Ascension Wisconsin's Naloxone dispensing system. In his spare time Ryan loves spending time with his new son and wife, being active in the triathlon community and playing board games.
Tanner Frey, PharmD
PGY-2 Resident
Tanner is originally from Eldridge, Iowa and received his PharmD from the University of Iowa. His primary pharmacy interest is in informatics. His year-long project will be integrating high-packager use for Ascension hospitals in southeast Wisconsin. In his free time, Tanner likes to play tennis, watch sports, play video games, and explore new restaurants with his fiancee.
