Sub-Internship Application Instructions

There is no better way to find your best residency fit than with a fourth year rotation. Due to high demand, we strongly encourage you apply as soon as possible, as early as January 1st during your third year of medical school. Please complete the application here.

Please also submit the following: (1) Current Curriculum Vitae, (2) Personal Statement, and (3) an official copy of your Step 1 exam results (USMLE or COMLEX) to Dr. Karissa Gilchrist at: Karissa.Gilchrist@ascension.org for review.

*Please send all USMLE/COMLEX scores including any passing scores or failures. A single previous licensing exam failure, if disclosed up front, does not automatically preclude a Sub-I rotation offer.
