Tuition Payment Amount

Financial Aid

• Ascension St. Vincent’s does not participate in financial aid programs such as FAFSA.
• Ascension St. Vincent's is a proud vendor for the Career Source Northeast Florida WIOA Scholarship. Students interested in this scholarshship must be accepted into the program before they can apply.  https://careersourcenortheastflorida.com/training-for-job-seekers/ 
• Students are eligible to apply for student loans through Meritize:     https://www.meritize.com

Incidental Expenses

Deposit

• Students accepted into the program must submit a $100.00 non-refundable deposit

Technology Fees

• Students must enroll in the Cloud-Based system known as Trajecsys. $150.00 for 20 months and must be paid directly to Trajecsys during the week of orientation.
•  Students enroll in an online learning platform known as Rad Tech Boot Camp, hosted through Clover Learning. This payment is $200.00 for 22 months, paid directly to the program during the first-semester tuition payment, and is non-refundable.

Textbooks/Uniforms/Laptop

• Textbooks are purchased by the student.
• Uniforms are purchased and laundered by the student.
• Students must have a reliable laptop that must be brought to class every day.

Transportation

• Transportation and Living expenses are the responsibility of the student. 

Conference Fees

• During the student's Senior year, they are offered an opportunity to participate in the annual
  conference, in Orlando, Florida (odd years) or Atlanta, Georgia (even years).
• All fees associated with the Conference are the responsibility of the student who chooses to attend. Including but not limited to transportation to and from the conference, food, lodging,
  conference fees, etc. 

Registry Fees

• The American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) examination fee is the responsibility
  of the student. This fee is $225.00.

Refund Policy

• Fees paid directly to Ascension St. Vincent's are non-refundable, including the $100.00 deposit fee and tuition payments. Tuition payments are due on the 8th week of each semester, which is after the program drop/add period, thus resulting in no refunds, including the Rad Tech Boot Camp fee paid at the first-semester payment.
