Academic Calendar
The Radiography Program runs on a semester calendar. Each semester is 16 weeks in length. During each semester, students will complete academic and clinical courses taught during that semester. Students must enroll in all courses taught during the semester; part-time enrollment is not permissible. Students are given course syllabi at the beginning of each semester for each course taught during that semester. Course syllabi detail the content taught in the course, course expectations, grading criteria, and a course calendar.
The program observes the following holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Martin Luther King Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
- Good Friday
In addition, students are allowed 128 hours of personal time off during the two years but may not exceed 64 hours during the first year. Each term is 16 weeks in length with a 1 week break between each term and 2 weeks for Christmas and New Year when students are not in the classroom or the clinical setting.
