The Radiography Program operates on a semester calendar, with each semester consisting of 16 weeks of instruction. During each semester, students are required to complete both academic and clinical courses scheduled for that term. Full-time enrollment is mandatory; part-time enrollment is not permitted.

At the start of each semester, students receive a course syllabus for every enrolled course. Each syllabus outlines the course content, expectations, grading criteria, and a course calendar.

Holidays Observed by the Program

The program observes the following holidays. No classroom or clinical activities are scheduled on these days:

• New Years Day
• Martin Luther King Day
• Good Friday
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day

Breaks and Time Off

Each semester includes: 

• A 1-week break between semesters
• A 2-week holiday break during Christmas and New Year's

In addition, students are granted 128 hours of personal time off over the two-year program. However, students may not use more than 64 hours during the first year.
