Tuition & Fees

  • Total Tuition ($7,500.00) is paid to Ascension St. Vincent's Riverside. Tuition is due at mid semester. Students may pay by cash, check, money order or credit card. Students are to submit tuition payments to the Program Director. Tuition payments are per semester and outlined below.

 Financial Aid

  • Ascension St. Vincent's is a vendor for Career Source Northeast Florida WIOA Scholarship. Eligible students have the opportunity to have all or part of their tuition paid by the career source scholarship opportunity! Information can be found here:  Career Source Information
  • Students are eligible to to apply for student loans through Meritize  Student loan information can be found here: Meritize Information
  • Ascension St. Vincent's does not participate with student aide programs.

Incidental Expenses

Deposit

  • Students accepted into the program must submit a $100 non refundable deposit.

Technology Fees

  • Students enrolled in the program must pay a $79 fee to My Clinical Exchange as required by clinical affiliates for student rotations. My Clinical Exchange is a service used by specific clinical sites. Students must enroll for the 22 month period. This fee will be paid during program orientation.

  • Trajecsys $150 for the length of the program, paid directly to Trajecsys. 

Textbooks/Uniforms/Laptop/Transportation

  • Textbooks will be purchased by the student.

  • Uniforms: purchasing and laundering of uniforms are the student’s responsibility

  • Students must bring a laptop with them to class daily

  • Transportation and living expenses are the student's responsibility.

Conference Fee

  • Physics conference in Orlando - registration fee of $325.00

Registry Fees

  • The American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS Information) exam cost is $250.00 for the SPI exam and $275.00 for specialty exams exam. The student will be solely responsible for the cost of registry examinations. The program will prepare you to take the Sonography Principles and Instrumentation, Vascular Technology, Abdomen, and Obstetrics and Gynecology examinations. To fulfill graduation requirements, the sonography student is required to successfully pass the Sonography Physical Principles Examination after successful completion of the Physics course and one specialty examination prior to graduation.

Refund Policy

The $100 deposit payment is non-refundable.  Tuition is collected at mid semester (week 8), which is after the drop/add period; thus, resulting in no refunds.
