Program Faculty

Chemene Wilson is the Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program Director for the Ascension St. Vincent’s Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program. Ms. Wilson has served as Program Director since 2006. Ms. Wilson began her healthcare career in 1992 when she graduated from Ascension St. Vincent’s Radiologic Technology Program. She then graduated from the Ultrasound Diagnostic School in 1993. She obtained her Bachelor's Degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2009 and her Masters of Health Science Degree in 2012. Ms. Wilson has past experience as a staff Radiographer where she performed X-Ray and CT examinations, staff Sonographer, Lead Sonographer, clinical instructor for the sonography school and the department school liaison. She is a board certified Radiologic Technologist (RT) in general Radiography (R), Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) in Abdomen, Breast, and OB/GYN, and a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT). 

Mary-Katherine Doolin-Junco is the Diagnostic Medical Sonography Clinical Coordinator for the Ascension St. Vincent’s Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program. Mrs. Doolin-Junco has served as the Clinical Coordinator since 2016. Mrs. Doolin-Junco attended Ascension St. Vincent’s Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program in 2012, with completion in 2014. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Radiologic and Imaging Science Leadership from Valencia College in 2017 and her Masters of Health Science from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2020. Mrs. Doolin-Junco is a board certified Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) in Abdomen and OB/GYN and a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT).
