WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT?

  • The DMS Program was the first in the nation to obtain the Breast Concentration

  • The DMS Program is the only program in Jacksonville accredited to teach the Breast and Vascular Concentrations

  • The DMS program teaches abdomen extended, breast, obstetrics and gynecology and vascular concentrations simultaneously to all students in order to meet the employment needs of the community.

  • Our students work with highly experienced faculty that stress quality, comprehensive training and educational opportunities that prepare our students for a successful career in Diagnostic Medical Sonography

  • Since the program is hospital based, students get more hands on experience with patients and technology than most comparable 2-year sonography programs

  • Program faculty are dedicated to student success! The program has a designated clinical instructor that visits and scans with all students at their clinical sites
