Lorrie Edwards, MBA, R. EEG T
Lorrie Edwards serves as the Program Director of the Neurodiagnostic Technology program for Ascension St. Vincent. Lorrie earned an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Grace College. After working in an operational role in healthcare for a number of years, Lorrie began her career as a neurodiagnostic technologist at IU Methodist Hospital in 2010. She passed the EEG board exam to become a Registered Tech shortly after completing her training program. Lorrie went on to work as an EEG Tech at Ascension St Vincent in Indianapolis before relocating to Orlando, Florida where she managed a large neurodiagnostic department. While there she completed her Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University. Lorrie returned to Indianapolis to be closer to family and took on the challenge of starting the Neurodiagnostic Technology program in the College of Health Professions at Ascension St Vincent. She is excited to be able to pass on her love for the neurodiagnostic profession and patient care to a new generation of EEG Techs.
