The Ascension St. Vincent College of Health Professions Neurodiagnostic Technology Program provides equal opportunity to all applicants. The Program is selective in its admissions practices and evaluates applicants based on merit without discrimination on the basis of age, race, religion, creed, color, national origin, marital status, gender, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, or any other legally protected status.Application Deadline
Applications for January 2026 admission will be accepted from August 15, 2025 to October 31, 2025. All admission documents (application, application fee, job shadow verification, narrative and transcripts) must be in possession of the Program Director by the stated deadline. If application documents are being mailed, we recommend mailing your documents no later than 14 days prior to the deadline. Parcel tracking is also recommended. All submitted documents become the property of the Neurodiagnostic Technology Program and will not be returned.
Application Process
To apply for the Neurodiagnostic Technology Program, candidates must:
- Attend a mandatory Information Session. Dates/ times and a link to register can be found on the NDT Program Home page or the Pre-Admissions Conference tab.
- Submit to the Program Director each of the following:
- Signed admission application. Applications are available on this site through the October 31st deadline.
- Non-refundable $40 application fee. The fee must be in the form of a personal check, money order, or cashier's check. Cash will not be accepted. Make checks payable to "St Vincent Neurodiagnostic Technology Program."
- Qualifying Documentation: Transcript(s), Narrative and Verification of Job Shadow (refer to the minimum academic requirements tab to determine if you need to submit any additional transcripts/scores).
NOTE: The program requires official transcripts from an American university, technical, vocational or other post-secondary institutions / schools attended. We recommend that official transcripts be sent electronically from the academic institution to the program director, Lorrie Edwards. Official transcripts may also be mailed to the Program Director directly from the institution or included with the candidate's application (but must remain in the sealed envelope from the institution). Transcripts that have been "Issued to Student" will not be accepted.
