About Us

Ascension Seton is a 12 hospital network located in Austin, TX and the surrounding area. The primary site for the PGY1 Pharmacy Residency, PGY2 Infectious Diseases Pharmacy Residency, and PGY2 Internal Medicine Pharmacy Residency is Dell Seton Medical Center at the University of Texas, a large, tertiary care, academic institution and Level I Trauma center. Ascension Seton also offers a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency and PGY2 Critical Care Pharmacy Residency based out of Dell Children’s Medical Center of Central Texas, an academic pediatric institution with a Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and Level I Trauma Center. 


Resident rotations are offered at our two academic hospitals (Dell Seton Medical Center at the University of Texas and Dell Children’s Medical Center of Central Texas), Ascension Medical Group clinics, in addition to four of our community hospitals - Ascension Seton Medical Center Austin, Ascension Seton Williamson, Ascension Seton Hays, and Ascension Seton Northwest.
