Ethan Robarts, PharmD, MBA

Ethan Robarts, PharmD, MBA is the PGY-2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership Resident at Ascension. Ethan was born and raised in New Orleans and attended LSU for his undergraduate studies. He completed his Doctor of Pharmacy as well as his Master of Business Administration degree at the University of Louisiana Monroe College of Pharmacy. Ethan’s active involvement includes the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists' (ASHP) Pharmacy Administration and Leadership Residents' Collaborative (PALRC), Texas Society of Health-System Pharmacists (TSHP), and American Pharmacists Association (APhA). He aspires to obtain his Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy (BCPS) and Diplomate, Pharmacy Leadership Academy (DPLA). Ethan’s favorite food is any type of seafood on the menu, and he loves being outdoors—golfing, hiking, hunting, fishing, and snow skiing. Outside of residency, Ethan enjoys his time in Austin exploring breweries, restaurants, and playgrounds with his wife and two children.

Hassan Fardoun, PharmD, MS

Hassan Fardoun, PharmD, MS is the PGY-1 Health System-Pharmacy Administration and Leadership Resident at Ascension. Hassan was born in Houston and spent much of his childhood and high school years in the Middle East, before returning to Texas to complete his Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the Rangel College of Pharmacy at Texas A&M University in May 2022. Hassan continued his education by pursuing a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences at Texas A&M University School of Veterinary Medicine with the goal of applying new skills in scientific research and critical thinking towards administrative and clinical initiatives such as antimicrobial stewardship to improve patient-care outcomes. Hassan is an active member of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) and the Texas Society of Health-System Pharmacists (TSHP). His areas of interest include ambulatory care, infectious diseases, medication affordability and accessibility, and pharmacy team training and development. He aspires to not only obtain his Certification in Pharmacotherapy (BCPS), but also become a Certified Pharmacy Executive Leader (CPEL). Outside of residency, Hassan enjoys weightlifting, playing basketball with friends, and spending time outdoors, or quality time with friends and family. Some of his favorite activities in Austin include going to state parks, discovering new food and music scenes, and finding new trails to explore.
