Kaelin Randle, PharmD is the PGY-1 Health System-Pharmacy Administration and Leadership Resident at Ascension. Kaelin was born and raised in Florida, where she cultivated a passion for healthcare leadership, service, and equity. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Florida A&M University College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, Institute of Public Health in May 2025.During pharmacy school, she served as Class President and held leadership roles in organizations including the Student National Pharmaceutical Association (SNPhA), the American Pharmacists Association (APhA), and Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity. Kaelin is dedicated to using her clinical background and leadership training to drive innovative, patient-centered improvements in pharmacy practice. She is especially passionate about health equity, digital health integration, and developing efficient, team-based care models. Her areas of interest include pharmacy informatics, operational leadership, and pharmacy workforce development. She plans to pursue Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy (BCPS) and become a Certified Pharmacy Executive Leader (CPEL). Outside of residency, Kaelin enjoys cycling classes, vintage clothing shopping, journaling, and exploring Austin’s growing food, art, and music scenes.
