Enrollment Conditions and Contingencies
Conditional acceptance, if offered, does not guarantee enrollment in the program. Full unconditional acceptance is contingent based on meeting all the following conditions.
- Applicants who have been conditional accepted for enrollment and are currently enrolled in high school must submit an official high school transcript to verify attainment of high school diploma prior to enrollment in January. The program does not enroll students who have not graduated high school or attained a GED.
- Completing and returning the signed Enrollment Agreement.
- Submitting the required $750 tuition deposit [the deposit is applied toward the first semester tuition].
- Maintaining a cumulative GPA of 2.50 or higher on all college coursework leading up to enrollment.
- Submitting updated official transcripts of college courses taken during the previous term.
- Completing a pre-enrollment health screening and be cleared for enrollment by an Ascension Office of Associate Health.
- Passing a drug screen.
- Passing a background review including criminal history, sex offender check, professional license review, and excluder provider check.
- Submitting proof of eligibility to work in the United States as required by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (see https://www.uscis.gov/i-9-central/form-i-9-acceptable-documents for approved documents).
- Completing of CPR (BLS for Healthcare Provider) by January 1st of the year of enrollment.
- Submitting proof of health insurance coverage by January 1st for the January start or August 1st for the August start of the year of enrollment.
