Admissions

The Ascension St. Vincent Surgical Technology Program will consider individuals wishing to transfer from another Surgical Technology Program on an individual basis. The requesting student must be currently enrolled in a accredited associates degree Surgical Technology  Program and must make the request in writing to the ASV Surgical Technology Program Director. The requesting student must also provide a letter from their current Surgical Technology Program Director attesting that the requesting student is in good academic standing and summarizing any disciplinary actions taken. The ASV Surgical Technology Program will request documents from the requesting student's current Surgical Technology Program. The ASV Surgical Technology Program does not guarantee transfer and reserves the right to deny transfer requests as program faculty deem necessary.
