What You Can Expect

Once you submit your request, one of our EMS Relationship Managers will review the case and provide feedback tailored to the specific patient encounter. This may include:

  • A summary of the patient’s hospital course and outcome (as applicable)
  • Insights into treatment decisions and follow-up care

Why Request Feedback?

Receiving feedback helps bridge the gap between pre-hospital and hospital care, giving EMS providers valuable information to enhance clinical decision-making and improve patient outcomes. This process also strengthens collaboration between EMS and hospital teams, ensuring continuity of care.

Thank you for your dedication to pre-hospital emergency care! We value the work you do every day and are proud to support you in providing exceptional patient care.
