In addition to providing hospital coverage, STEMS provides emergency medical services for a variety of events and athletic teams. We are the exclusive medical provider covering small and large scale events held at Nissan Stadium, The Grand Ole Opry, Opryland Hotel, Ryman Auditorium and Tennessee State University. Our service also covers the following:

  • Walks and runs including the Rock and Roll Nashville Marathon 

  • Community festivals and fairs

  • Nissan Stadium Concerts including CMA Music Fest

  • Graduations

  • High school, college and professional sporting events

  • Holiday celebrations including the Nashville’s New Year’s Eve Live: Nashville’s Big Bash 

Level of service

 

Different events require different levels of service. When requesting event coverage, be prepared to discuss the expected size of the event, number of participants, dates, location and any special concerns. Our services are customized and tailored to meet your event needs, but you can expect the following when booking: 

  • 24/7 emergency medical support 

  • First aid standby tent with medical carts

  • On-site event transportation and a mobile medical unit 

  • Optional CPR and Stop the Bleed training for staff and volunteers
