Admissions

To be considered for acceptance in the Surgical Technology Program, the applicants must meet all the following non-academic requirements.

1. Be 18 years of age or older by January  1st for the January start .
2. Be eligible to work in the United States as required by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration    Services (https://www.uscis.gov/i-9-central/form-i-9-acceptable-documents)
3. Submit a fully completed and signed electronically or by hand an application for admission.
4. Submit with the application for admission a $20 application fee in the form of a money order or bank check.
5. Attend an in-person pre-admission conference. (Dates & locations can be found under the pre-admission conference tab)
6. Submit official transcripts from ALL post-secondary colleges, technical schools, vocational or other post-secondary institutions attended. ALL post-secondary transcripts are required regardless of the institution's accreditation status. However, only transcripts from institutions accredited by a recognized regional accrediting agency or the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) will be used to determining eligibility for admission and evaluate applicable academic requirements.
