Thank you for your interest in the Surgical Technology Program!

Our hospital-based program is committed to preparing future surgical technologists through high-quality education and hands-on clinical training. Because the program is sponsored by Ascension St. Vincent, students are taught by experienced professionals who are actively practicing within the surgical environment. This structure allows us to maintain direct oversight of our curriculum while ensuring instruction reflects current operating room standards and best practices.

We strive to be a model for allied health education and seek individuals who feel called to serve and grow within our hospital communities. The Surgical Technology Program is rigorous and academically demanding. High expectations are intentional, they are designed to prepare graduates for the responsibilities of the operating room and to uphold the trust patients place in the surgical team every day.
