Admissions

To be considered for acceptance in the Radiography Program, the applicants must meet all the following non-academic requirements.

1. Be 18 years of age or older by the first day of active enrollment. 
2. Be eligible to work in the United States as required by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (https://www.uscis.gov/i-9-central/form-i-9-acceptable-documents). 
3. Submit a fully completed and signed electronically or by hand an Application for Admission for Admission by January 31st.
4. Submit with the application for admission a $40 application fee in the form of a money order or bank check by January 31st. Personal checks, credit/debit cards, or cash will not be accepted.
5. Submit by January 31st official academic transcripts from ALL post-secondary colleges, technical schools, vocational or other post-secondary institutions attended. ALL post-secondary transcripts are required, regardless of the institution's accreditation status. However, only transcripts from institutions accredited by a recognized regional accrediting agency or the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) will be used to determine eligibility for admission and evaluate applicable academic requirements.
