Curriculum
Our program's three-year curriculum will expose anesthesiology residents to a broad range of inpatient and outpatient anesthesia experiences throughout their time at Ascension St. Vincent. The first year focuses on the basics of pre- and post-operative care of the patient. The second and third years develop skills in Neurology, Cardiac, Thoracic, Pediatric and Pain Medicine care of the patient. These years also emphasize increased responsibility and education in the care of patients in thoracic, vascular, transplant and pain medicine services - all while preparing you for independent practice.
