How to Apply

The Ascension Saint Alexius Obstetrics & Gynecology Residency accepts applications for its six ACGME-approved positions each year via the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). Candidates may submit applications through ERAS for each academic year starting in September.

Applications of medical school graduates with a passing score on USMLE Step 1 and 2 examinations or COMLEX will be considered.

Interviews are granted based on review of the ERAS by the residency program's application committee.

The interview process ordinarily includes a day with ample opportunity to interact with residents and attending staff as well as optional educational and social gathering with residents the day before. During the pandemic contingency, the program has conducted this process virtually using the Zoom platform. For the 2023 recruitment year, all interviews will be virtual.
