Affiliated with Ascension Illinois Rainbow Hospice
The fellowship has a valued affiliation with Ascension Illinois Rainbow Hospice, providing patient care integration through interdisciplinary team participation, dedicated inpatient units and community palliative and hospice services, and optimizes the number and diversity of fellowship patient encounters. Furthermore, Ascension Resurrection has coordinated relationships with nursing and social work bereavement and spiritual care professionals. This helps ensure that fellows obtain experience managing patients longitudinally and across settings.
