Clinical Placements 

Depending on the particular unit, we sometimes offer clinical placements at additional locations within our Ascension St. Vincent network, or with outside hospitals/healthcare facilities or congregations.  Students are welcome to inquire about these options when they apply for the program.

Ascension St. Vincent Anderson

Ascension St. Vincent Hospital, Anderson, Indiana, is a full service hospital with 24/7 emergency care and a Level III Trauma Center.  Ascension St. Vincent Anderson was founded in 1894 by the Sisters of the Holy Cross, and merged with the St. Vincent Health System in 2003.   Ascension St. Vincent Anderson is a 225 bed acute healthcare facility.   Ascension St. Vincent Anderson's primary service area is Madison County.

Ascension St. Vincent Evansville

​Ascension St. Vincent Evansville is a Level II trauma center with 384 total staffed beds.   Founded in 1872 by the Daughters of Charity, Ascension St. Vincent Evansville and provides bariatric services, cancer care, behavioral health, orthopedics, women's health and a variety of specialist services.   Vanderburgh County is the primary service area.

Ascension St. Vincent Kokomo

Ascension St. Vincent Kokomo in Kokomo, Indiana, delivers primary care and specialty care for your everyday health needs.   Ascension St. Vincent Kokomo includes 129 inpatient beds and offers a 24/7 emergency department as well as a range of healthcare services to residents of Howard County that are typically only found in larger metropolitan areas.
