Ascension St. Vincent Radiography Program provides equal opportunity to all applicants. Application Deadlines

The enrollment application, application fee, and official academic transcripts for August 2024 enrollment may be submitted between November 1, 2023 to January 31, 2024. All admission documents (application, application fee, and transcripts) must be in possession of the Program Director by the stated deadline. If application documents are being mailed, we recommend mailing your documents no sooner than 7 days prior to the deadline. Parcel tracking is also recommended.   

All submitted documents become the permanent possession of the Radiography Program and will not be returned.

Application Procedure

To apply for admission, candidates must submit each of the following: 
  1. Signed admission application. Applications are available on this site in August through the January 31st deadline.
  2. Non-refundable $20 application fee. The fee must be in the form of a personal check, money order, or cashier’s check. Cash will not be accepted. Make checks payable to “St. Vincent Radiography Program.”
  3. Official transcripts from an American university, technical, vocational or other post-secondary institutions / schools attended. We recommend that official transcripts be sent electronically from the academic institution to the program director at meadkins@ascension.org. Official transcripts may also be mailed to the program director directly from the institution or included with the candidate's application, but they must remain in the sealed envelope from the institution. Transcripts marked "Issued to Student" will not be accepted.
