Perioperative RN Residency

The Perioperative Residency curriculum is designed to enable nurses to observe and participate safely during invasive procedures.

Program

  • 24-week paid residency includes a 6-week didactic component
  • Training based on the Association of Perioperative Registered Nurses (AORN) standards and hospital polices

Requirements

  • BSN
  • Florida RN licensure
  • On-call requirement after completion of program
  • Two year work agreement for a full-time position
