James B. Hermiller, M.D., FACC, MSCAI

Dr. James Hermiller graduated summa cum laude from both Miami University, Oxford, OH (undergraduate degree) and from The Ohio State School of Medicine, Columbus, Ohio (medical degree).

He completed an Internal Medicine Internship and Residency at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland, where he was also chief resident. He completed his Cardiology Fellowship at Duke University Medical Center, Durham, NC.

Dr. Hermiller serves as Director of Interventional Cardiology for St. Vincent Medical Group at St. Vincent Indianapolis Hospital.

Dr. Hermiller is board-certified in general and interventional cardiology. He serves as Director of the St. Vincent Interventional Cardiology Fellowship program, is on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Interventional Cardiology. He is Associate Director of Transcatheter Cardiovascular Therapeutics (TCT) and a Master Fellow of the Society of Cardiac Angiography and Interventional (SCAI). His research and clinical interests are valvular and structural heart intervention.
